In this brand new case, which has been dubbed Graceland v. The Grizzlies, EPE is asking the Chancery Court of Shelby County, Tennessee to declare that EPE’s proposal to construct a 6,200-seat venue within the Graceland campus would not violate the non-compete and non-participation covenants in the FedExForum use and operating agreement between the City of Memphis and Memphis Baseketball aka. The Memphis Grizzlies. EPE’s complaint and related press release are available in PDF format below.
The hearing is set for November 27, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
