Because the Court ruled in favor of Nancy Whitehead, whatever she did with the collection still stands. The collection became her property to dispose of however she wanted to, including giving it to her sister, Janet. As such, as far as I know, anyone who bought items at the auction would still own them as Janet had the legal right to sell the items – they became her property when Nancy gave them to her.]]></description>
